A true St. Augustine native, she’s grown up in the greater North East Florida area her entire life. Smith pursued Advertising and Creative design after high school and those skills were used among many others during her sixteen years of operating a construction company. Afterwards, she pursued a career at Merrill Lynch where she was a manager for thirteen years. Today she is a mother of four. A wife and someone continuously seeking Jesus in all she does.

Working with Builders Care for six and a half years and being a project manager, Jason has extensive knowledge of how to get things done within a not-for-profit. With sheer determination and after over coming some of life’s struggles; He started Veva-Builders more than five years ago and continues to lead his family and others as a Christian business owner.
Tiffany Vail\\
Secretary
She was the assistant to the senior Vice President of Barnett Bank Trust for six years. She was then an office manager for eight years. Tiffany is a very independent person that continues to accomplish the task God puts in front of her. Jason Vail was her highschool sweetheart and they have been married for eight years! She is a mother four.

Since Collins Builders was created in 2003, Wayland has operated as the COO of the company. He graduated from Georgia Southern with a degree in Building Construction in 1998. He is currently a member of Celebration church and has led trips to other countries and is a phenomenal leader!
Bill Kilgannon\\
The president of Shaycore Building and Consulting, Kilgannon is a businessman through and through. Prior to pursuing God’s vision to start his own company, he was employed by The Haskell Company for just over ten years. He’s traveled to Panama, Costa Rica, and Zimbabwe to spread the gospel on several different missions trips. A graduate from Franklin Pierce College, A board member of Youth Quake Live and a man after God’s own heart, Bill is a husband, a father and a huge asset to our team.
Chance Craven\\
The youngest person on the board, he’s the enthusiasm that inspires the rest of the group. Prior to itsChance, his entrepreneur spirit has led him to being the CEO of an advertising and marketing firm owned by former Jacksonville Jaguars. He moved to southern California to work with Hurley. And he’s traveled the country due to various graphic design opportunities. Chance founded itsChance in 2007 and is continuing to pursue what God’s called him to today.
James Price\\
Holding a Masters in Education, Price was a professor at the University of North Florida for more than six years. Now he’s a pastor at Celebration Church where he’s been for five years and continues to use his speaking abilities to change the lives of others. He was raised in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, has been married for sixteen years and a father of three.
